mimosa is a creative studio and branding agency for brands that like their ideas fresh and a little fizzy. Born in Berlin, bubbling up globally. Since 2015, we’ve been partnering with curious minds and bold brands to craft identities, stories, and digital experiences that pop.

From the early days to now, this has always been a shared project made possible by every person who joined, supported, and believed in what we do. We love the work, but more than anything, we love doing it alongside people we admire — thank you for being part of it.

How we work

We keep our core tight (10 people), but our reach is wide. With a network of 500+ creatives across 90+ cities, we build bespoke teams for every project—pulling in the right minds to get things done beautifully and efficiently.

We offer two ways of working: project-based or on retainer (3, 6, or 12 months), tailored to fit your needs. Plus, we empower your team by sharing our knowledge and handing over everything they need to continue the work.

Danilo Sierra

Danilo Sierra is the founder and managing director of Mimosa, where he oversees strategy, operations, and client partnerships across a global network of creatives. With a background in branding and art direction, he brings over a decade of experience leading interdisciplinary teams and guiding organizations through complex creative challenges. Based in Berlin, Danilo combines business acumen with a deep understanding of culture and communication.
