Making a Neat Community with Rotho
Rotho is a Swiss-founded leading brand of compartment, storage, packaging, and organization solutions for home and professional spaces. Inspired by the trailblazing work of Marie Kondo and her KonMari method, we consulted with them to create a new community of Rotho-supported organizers, develop a partnership program, and conduct interview-based research to explore how this new brand-new industry could be harnessed for their common good.

Pandemic-proof mixology: WAX ON WAX OFF
Wax On Wax Off, a leading Berlin bar and mixology consultancy based in Neukölln, has achieved notable accolades. They were crowned winners of the "Best Upcoming Bar 2021" by Mixology Magazine and received the title of "New Bar of the Year" by FAZ for their namesake Berlin establishment and Headquarters, "Wax On." Despite the challenges posed by the global pandemic, they boldly opened their doors and successfully adapted by launching an E-commerce platform called BOTTLED. Through this platform, Berlin residents could purchase pre-made cocktails. We have been proud to support them in various capacities, including minimalist branding, developing their website and e-commerce system, and regular visits to their bar.

WSAudiology is a global leader in the field of hearing aids. Our collaboration with them during 2020 and 2021 involved providing comprehensive support to their global marketing unit. This encompassed conducting market research, performing digital audits, producing engaging content, and delivering valuable consulting projects. Our efforts were focused on enhancing the brand's presence and impact in the global hearing aid industry through individual projects for specific geographical areas.

GHX, a cloud technology company specializing in healthcare, sought our assistance in their European branch. Our collaboration aimed to enhance the digital presence and functionality of GIZ, aligning their online platforms with the latest industry standards and user expectations.

Sorting Talent with Berlin Masters Foundation
In 2020, in preparation for the relaunch of their new website, we had the opportunity to consult with the Berlin Masters Foundation, a renowned platform that promotes young artists residing and working in Berlin. Our consultation primarily centered around optimizing their internal digital infrastructure, content management system, and streamlining their digital archival processes. Leveraging our technical expertise, consulting, and advisory services, we successfully redeveloped and rebuilt their internal database. The result was an efficient and cohesive single-system solution that significantly enhanced the ease of navigation, organization, management, and updating of their extensive roster of artists from over 30 countries.

This consultation was particularly important as it coincided with their website migration project linked with their work about the Berlin Masters Foundation. Leveraging our knowledge and experience, we provided valuable guidance and recommendations to ensure a seamless transition and effective management of their digital assets within the new website framework and a fresh new database management system. We had the privilege of playing a key role in 2019 as the Communications lead within a pan-European consortium named project GAIA.
Collaborating closely with universities, global construction partners, energy transition specialists, and research organizations, we collectively presented a proposal to the European Union. The aim was to modernize the efficiency and longevity of thermo-solar power plants. Through our strategic brand and operations strategies, we rallied behind this transformative vision, seeking to pave the way for a sustainable and prosperous future in renewable energy.
