mimosa is a digital agency in Berlin. We design and build digital products and the platforms around them, and then hand them over properly. Launch is the easy part. What decides whether a digital product works is the year after: who can change a page without a developer, what happens when the content model meets reality, whether the analytics answer a question anyone actually asked. Agencies that disappear at launch never find out. So we build for the operating phase. A content model your team understands, components rather than pages, integrations that do not need us, and documentation written for the person who inherits it. We work from Greifswalder Strasse in Prenzlauer Berg, in the Pankow district of Berlin.

Product and platform design
Interfaces, flows and the structure underneath. Designed as a system of components so the tenth screen costs less than the first.
Build
Framer, Shopify, headless or your own stack. We will tell you honestly when the simpler option is the right one.
Content models and CMS
The part that decides whether your team can work independently. Modelled around how you actually publish, not around how the design happened to be drawn.
Integrations and data
CRM, analytics, payments, automation. Wired so the numbers answer real questions and nobody has to export a spreadsheet to find out.
Localisation
Multi-language done as a system rather than a duplicate. We run our own site in English and German, so we have made every mistake already.
Handover and documentation
Working files, a component library and instructions written for whoever inherits it. The goal is that you need us less over time.
